MITA’s Service Call Centre
desk and client services functions are a joint effort to act as the point of call for all client incidents. Such services can vary from processing new client requests for new account management, service level management and single window access to MITA services.
SERVICE CALL CENTRE STATISTICS
- Supports over 24,000 workstations
- Receives around 2,350 calls per week
- Over 110,000 requests for ICT assistance from public sector on a yearly basis
