Learning is more fun with Digital Games, November 2016

Danube University Krems, Austria, is one of MITA’s project partners in the GBL4ESL Erasmus+ project; a multiplier event was organised in Austria on November 1st, 2016. 


The aim of this knowledge sharing event was for educators to further understand how game based learning can motivate students to learn. The keynote speeches delivered during the event include: 

Keynote 1 - Toy Collect: an open source robotic platform for education by Alexander Seewald

Keynote 6 - Games and Issues, recap on the use of the toolkit GBL by Nikolaus König

Educators and project partners from Nyströmska School, St Margaret’s College, MITA, Danube University and University of Malta had the opportunity to network and discuss various GBL methodologies.
