Workstation Policy

Guides the procurement of workstations. Applies to all workstations in the Public Administration. This document replaces the Personal Computer Hardware Policy v2.0 and the Personal Computer Hardware Specifications v1.0.

Software Installation Procedure

The procedure establishes the process to be undertaken by the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) when addressing requests for installation of software products (both Corporate and Line of Business) on desktop PCs. The procedure applies to all of the Public Sector.

Corporate Desktop Software List (CDSL) Maintenece Procedure

This Procedure, previously known as the Corporate Software Evaluation Procedure, outlines the evaluation process that shall be followed by the Agent and that would result in a decision regarding a software product's suitability to be considered as Corporate. Involves, and therefore applies, to the various functions within the Agency that are needed to conduct such an evaluation. This version adds a process related to the removal of a software product from the Corporate Desktop Software List.
