Solutions Architect - Core eGov Programme

We are seeking to employ a Solutions Architect to form part of the Core eGov Programme’s operations arm. The Programme is responsible for the end-to-end management and operations of a multitude of eGov shared services that fall within its portfolio with technologies that include Microsoft products such as Windows Server, SQL, ADFS, Active Directory, DPM and SharePoint. Other ancillary technologies also form part of the Programme’s operations.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise of mentioned and current / emerging technologies with innovative thinking.  This is required to research, develop, design, support and architect the digital solutions necessary to address the Programme’s needs.

Eligibility Requirements 

Eligible candidates will hold either of the following combinations of qualifications and experience in an ICT related area: 

i) A degree (MQF Level 7 or higher); OR

ii) A degree (MQF Level 6) AND 1 year’ experience; OR

iii) A diploma (MQF Level 5) AND 3 years’ experience; OR

iv) A diploma (MQF Level 4) AND 4 years’ experience; OR

v) Five years’ experience in an ICT related area.

*Candidates’ qualifications, experience, and competencies will be assessed in line with the Agency’s Career Progression framework. Successful candidates may be engaged at either the standard level – Career Level 4 or the Senior level – Career Level 5.
