Notifications Platform

The Notifications Platform enables the Government to deliver bulk SMSs and emails. Through a web-based portal, public officials can send bulk notifications, schedule their notifications, manage recipient lists and generate reports. Users can also monitor consumption. This solution is also accessible via web APIs, which allows integration by third party services.

In order to make use of Notifications Service, a Government entity representative needs to raise an eRFS (electronic request for service) with MITA Service Call Centre, applying for the Notifications: Request for Integration Service – reference the eRFSGuide.
