Priscilla Bugeja serves as Head of the eGovernment Services Department at MITA.  In this capacity, she provides strategic leadership for the development and governance of shared, cross‑government digital platforms and services that support hundreds of citizen‑facing processes.  Her work advances a whole‑of‑government approach to service design and delivery, ensuring coherence, reuse and long‑term sustainability across the public administration.

With more than thirty years of experience in solution delivery, digital transformation, and advisory roles, Priscilla has made significant contributions to national initiatives in areas such as home affairs, agriculture, land administration and mobile government.  She is a strong advocate for disciplined governance and pragmatic execution, consistently ensuring that technology strategies translate into measurable improvements in public services. She is recognised for her ability to convert strategic vision into scalable, cost‑effective solutions that maximise public value. Priscilla holds a Masters in Public Administration, an MSc in Strategic IT Management, a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics and a Diploma in Management Studies.
