    Eligibility Requirements

    Eligible candidates will hold either of the following combinations of qualifications and experience in an ICT related area:

    • A qualification (MQF Level 7 or higher); OR
    • A qualification (MQF Level 6) AND 1 year’ experience; OR
    • A qualification (MQF Level 5) AND 3 years’ experience; OR
    • A qualification (MQF Level 4) AND 4 years’ experience; OR
    • Five years’ experience in an ICT related area.

    Technical Services Officer

    We are seeking to employ Technical Services Officers to work in our Network Engineering Services Team.

    The Network Engineering Services Team is responsible for the continuous operation and service improvement of the Government’s network infrastructure components including:

    • Data Centre network infrastructure
    • WAN connectivity across Government sites
    • Wireless network connectivity and LAN Infrastructure Projects

    As a Technical Service Officer, you will be joining a team of subject matter experts and experienced Solution Architects / Enterprise Architects and will be responsible to administer, troubleshoot operational issues, reduce the recurrence of incidents and propose service improvements.

    Eligible candidates will hold either of the following combinations of qualifications and / or experience related to ICT.

    Either:

    • an ICT related diploma (MQF level 5); OR
    • an ICT related diploma (MQF level 4) together with one-year experience in an ICT related area; OR
    • two years’ experience in an ICT related area.

    Software Developer

    We are seeking to employ a Software Developer within the Corporate Information Systems team to work on internal information systems and support in effectively managing the organisation’s data ecosystem.

    The ideal candidate will possess expertise in software development and good knowledge of cloud platforms and services within Azure.
