THE CEO IN THE ROOM - WHY YOUR ORGANISATION'S TOP COMMUNICATOR IS ALSO ITS BIGGEST REPUTATION RISK

Nina Sawetz – Media and Crisis Adviser, Future PR

Abstract: When a cyber incident goes public, the CEO becomes the story. Most are not prepared for that moment. They contradict the technical team, overpromise on remediation timelines or go silent entirely. All three responses accelerate reputational damage faster than the incident itself. This session covers what good crisis communication looks like in a cyber context, what security and communications teams should brief leadership on before something happens, and the specific mistakes that turn a contained incident into a prolonged reputational crisis.

10:00 – 10:45
LEADERSHIP IN THE DIGITAL AGE THAT LEAVES NO ONE BEHIND

Tamara Srzentic – First Digital Minister of Montenegro

Abstract: Despite the rapid rise of AI, many of government’s biggest challenges remain organisational rather than technological. This keynote explores how clearer ownership, simpler systems, and outcome-driven teams can create more effective public institutions. Drawing on Tamara's experience leading major reforms and crisis teams in California and Montenegro, she highlights how disruption can become an opportunity to transform public services and build resilient systems. Rather than relying on individual leaders, the session focuses on designing institutions that enable effective leadership and long-term adaptability.

10:45 – 11:30
AI EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE

Priya Lakhani OBE – Award-Winning Entrepreneur and Founder of CENTURY Tech

NAVIGATING THE DEEPFAKE LANDSCAPE - REAL DANGERS AND FUTURE THREATS

Henry Ajder – Globally Recognised Expert and Adviser on Generative AI

Abstract: Deepfakes are no longer a theoretical threat, but one of the defining risks of the AI age. From new forms of cybersecurity attacks to hyperrealistic disinformation campaigns, our world is now saturated with the synthetic. So how do we navigate a world where seeing is no longer believing and our existing digital infrastructure is vulnerable to deepfake hidden in plain sight? In this keynote address, Henry Ajder will guide the audience through this fast moving landscape- from the origins of deepfakes and why they mark a departure from previous digital threats to the areas they are having the most impact and what we can do to counter their influence on business and society.
