Between 2013 and 2015 Tony Borg was appointed Head of the Government Customer Care at the Office of the Prime Minister.  He has 28 year working experience in the Public  Service, holding various responsibilities within the Ministries of Finance, Social Services,  Customs, Work and Interior. During this period Tony has represented Government on various Ministerial Delegations both locally and abroad, and has also conducted  negotiations on behalf of Government.

In 2013 he was appointed Head Government Customer Care Unit with responsibility for the Customer Care Sections of all Ministries.

In 2016, he was appointed Lead Coordinator – Projects Coordinator with the Ministry for Gozo and also as Member of the Steering Committee of the American University of Malta for  the Office of the Prime Minister.

Tony’s experience also extends to the Private Sector, where up to 2007 he established business in the ICT and service sectors.​
