MITA designs, implements and continuously supports an email service for all Government entities.

Email remains one of the mostly used communication tools in the digital era and this is common for both the Public Service and the public sector. MITA has a duty to ensure round the clock availability, capacity, security and continuity of this critical service. Supported by a complex ecosystem of modern technology and configuration, the service features the latest functionality, allowing integration with other tools and services offered by MITA. The service manages approximately fourteen million messages per month. A culture of continual improvement and technical innovation permits government email to remain an effective and efficient communication channel.
