Workstation Support

A Workstation Support Team provides on-site client support, third party support contract management, deployment of software, upgrades, inventory management and back-end support for workstation-related technology. The Team is made up of technical people with the right level of business acumen. Considering the volume of workstations in operation across government, numbering about 28,000, this support is a critical arm of MITA, permitting the continuity of end-user business when issues occur.
